Preparing for Easter joy

Buzzy Palooza (Easter Egg Hunt), April 1, 2026, was chaired by Marcos Marengo. The occasion offered St. Ann’s Basilica Council 12572 an opportunity to put service and fellowship into action for children and families.

These photographs capture the preparations behind the hunt. Volunteers gathered around tables filled with colorful plastic eggs and individually wrapped treats, working side by side to sort candy, fill eggs, and collect them in boxes and storage bins.

That shared effort reflects the Knights of Columbus principles of charity, unity, and fraternity: giving time for others, working toward a common purpose, and strengthening friendships along the way.

We thank Chairman Marcos Marengo and everyone who contributed time and care to the Buzzy Palooza preparations.
